FAQ: Why the currency is not working?
Firstly, please recheck if the currency code is set up correctly on General from Shopify setting
- Set up currency code
Go to Markets menu → tap "Currencies" → the pop-up notification "Currency formatting has been changed" showing → click on the "three step currency formatting" to set up currency code on Shopify. For more details can be found here
- Verify App Embeds are Enabled:
The most common reason for a non-functioning switcher is that the necessary app embeds are disabled within your Shopify theme settings.
- Navigate to your Shopify admin panel.
- Go to "Online Store" → "Themes."
- Click "Customize" on your active theme.
- In the theme editor, look for "App embeds" or a similar section (the exact name may vary depending on your theme).
- Ensure that the Transcy app embed is enabled (the toggle switch should be turned on).
- Save your changes
