FAQ: Why Translations Appear Slowly on your store and How to Fix It

When customers visit your store, they may see translation appearing slowly, sometimes it could take about 5-7 seconds before translations appear. This happens because:

→ Store loads with default content first

→ Transcy waits for all content to fully appear

→ Third-party translation process begins only after content is ready

→ Translations display after processing completes

Important Note: The translations you're currently seeing are generated by 3rd-party translation. To improve translation display speed, you should create manual in-app translations for key content.

How can I make translations appear instantly?

Create in-app translations for key content:

→ Go to Manage Translations in your dashboard

→ Pre-translate important content (product titles, navigation, buttons)

→ Translations display immediately without scanning delay

Result: Customers see translated content faster when switching languages.
