Why don't you see your target currency on Switcher?
There are few main reasons you don't see the Target currency:
The first reason is that you don't add that target currency inside Transcy. Kindly follow these steps:
-> "Market management" menu in Transcy
-> Look below for "Currencies" tab
-> Click "Add currencies" on the top right
-> Choose your target currency
-> Don't forget to toggle "Publish" on that target currency
The second reason is that you don't assign that target currency to your market. Kindly follow these steps:
-> "Market management" menu in Transcy
-> Choose your market
-> Navigate the line "Currencies in use", click on "+" to assign the target currency to that market.
The third reason is on your storefront. Your user chose the other market that doesn't have that currency. You need to check it by yourself and set up in the Shopify market to control and make it easy for your customer's
