FAQ: Will Transcy impact my website's loading speed?

It's true that adding third-party integrations can sometimes affect your website's loading speed. Since Transcy requires code insertion into your theme to translate your store, you might notice a slight dip – we estimate around 2 or 3 seconds for the translation to load on your storefront.

We want to assure you that we're committed to keeping any impact minimal. We strictly follow Shopify's guidelines for page speed optimization and have conducted extensive testing on various live storefronts. The results consistently show that our app runs smoothly with a minimal impact, one that shouldn't negatively affect the overall user experience.

The final solution we can help you with right now is to recheck if you have created translations in-app yet. Go to Content Translation -> Check if you've translated all resources. If not, please help me translate all of them. Once you translate them, their translation will appear immediately. It's the best way we can help you at the moment
