Get started with your 7-day free trial with Transcy

We want you to experience everything Transcy can do for your global store before making any commitment. That's why we offer a complete 7-day free trial when you first install our app.

During your trial, you can test all features from Local Plus to Global plans - completely free. This gives you the perfect opportunity to see how Transcy can transform your store for international customers.

I. Starting Your Trial

→ Install the app from Shopify App Store

• Go to Shopify App Store → Search for Transcy → Click "Add app"

→ Choose your trial plan

• After installation, you'll see the "Choose plan" screen

• Pick a monthly or yearly plan that fits your business size

• Check our pricing details here

You must select a plan to continue - the screen won't close until you pick one.

→ Approve the charge setup

• Select your preferred plan to start the 7-day trial

• Confirm the charge approval (you won't be billed during trial)

• Review the billing start date and total price carefully before approving

II. During Your Trial

→ Switch plans anytime

You can change to any paid plan or downgrade to Free plan while keeping your remaining trial days.

Example:

• Day 1-2: Try Local plus plan (2 days used)

• Day 3-5: Switch to Regional plan (3 days used)

• Day 6-7: Upgrade to Cross-border plan (2 days remaining)

Trial days calculation: 7 total days - 2 days (Local plus) - 3 days (Regional ) = 2 days left for Cross-border

The 7-day free trial is only for paid plans. Selecting the Free plan will not activate or consume your trial

During your trial, you can easily switch monthly plan to annual plan and annual plan to monthly plan. But remember after trial, you can not switch from annual plan to monthly plan based on Shopify policy

The 7-day free trial is non-renewable and non-extendable. Each store receives only one trial period

III. After Your Trial

→ Automatic billing begins

• After 7 days, Shopify automatically charges you based on your current plan

• You continue using Transcy with full access to your chosen features

• Billing follows your selected monthly or yearly cycle
